John Pollex – Large Winged Pot, Vase.  John made this brightly coloured large winged pot in honour of his teacher Colin Pearson. The clear top glaze is washed off at some areas which creates a compelling surface. Like all of John’s ceramics the piece has two very different aspects. One side features a winged female form.
