John Pollex – Large Slab Vessel Vase

This is one of John’s bigger slab-built  pots recently featuring in Ceramic Review. Slab buit and abstractly painted with vivid colours. The clear top glaze is washed off at some areas which creates a compelling surface. Like all of John’s ceramics the piece has two different aspects.
