Dan Chapple – Raku Tuquoise Lidded Jar

Made using a raku clay. The highly burnishes surface accentuates the smooth curve of the  form. The smokey crackled decoration is created with the smoke firing and accentuates the bright turquoise colour of the glaze. Each piece that Dan creates is unique.
